This year the IPMS/USA National Convention will be held in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Fort Wayne was the home of International Harvester. IH was sold to Tenneco and became Navvistar in 1986.  Randy Dosier suggested that the CSM engage in a group build for the Nats.
