Refund Policy

Refund Policy - Cincinnati Scale Modelers will issue a 100% refund for show cancellations received THREE (3) days or more before the scheduled event date.  Any request received in less than THREE (3) days will not be elible for a refund. Your receipt for vendor tables or model contest entry is your agreement to these terms. To request a refund, please contact webmaster@cincyipms.com
