Military & Dioramas

Military subjects--aircraft, armor, weapons, etc. are arguably the most popular things model builders make.  Portraying military subjects often involves many artistic techniques as well as extra details to bring the model to life.

Quite a few military model builders also enjoy making dioramas--scenes--which often depict a real life event. Creating dioramas is an artform itself and requires imagination, research, planning and artistry.

A fun way for a young child to get acquainted with model building is to build a Snap-Tite (TM) kit--often prepainted-- of an airplane or a tank!
