 Is the Cincinnati Scale Modelers Show & Contest open to the public? 

Yes!  The show is open to all members of the public and all model builders of all skill are encouraged to enter. 

 How much does it cost? 

ALL persons attending the show including club members, competitors, children and non-competitor visitors are required to pay a reduced $7.00 entry fee.  This fee is being charged by the Tri-State Warbird Museum and is a reduction from their normal $14.00 fee. 

Competitors entering the model show have two options: 


A) You may enter ONE up to a maximum of THREE models for only $5.00 (plus the museum admission fee).  $5.00 + $7.00 = $12.00 

B) You may enter an UNLIMITED amount of models for $10.00 (plus the museum admission fee).  $10.00 + $7.00 = $17.00

Junior competitors aged 18 and under can enter models for FREE, however, they must still pay the museum admission fee.  

 When is it?   Where is it? 

Saturday, October 30th.   It takes place at the Tri-State Warbird Museum.  Please see the registration portal for more information.  The address for Tri-State Warbird Museum will also appear on your receipt. 

 Are food & drinks available? 

A food truck may be available. We will provide updates as we obtain them.  There are also restaurants within a ten minute drive. 

 What is the COVID-19 Mask Policy? 

Cincinnati Scale Modelers will not be requiring face masks to be worn.  Hand sanitizer stations will be available for your convenience. Please see the COVID-19 statement at the bottom of this page. 

 Are children allowed to enter and / or attend the show? 

YES!   We strongly encourage children ages 18 and under to enter!   There is NO CHARGE for anyone 18 and under to enter the show!   ($7.00 admission fee to the museum must still be paid)
